Terms & Conditions:

  1. Extra Fees, Taxes & Surcharges:
    Your total booking cost includes all the fees and taxes. You will not been charged with any Hidden or Extra Fees, Taxes & Surcharges 
     
  2. Booking Confirmation:
    You must pay the deposit to confirm your booking.
    If you pay the deposit by PayPal then your booking is immediately confirmed.
    If you pay the deposit by Bank Transfer then you must make the transaction within a week from the date you made your booking or else it will be automatically cancelled without any note.
     
  3. Booking Changes:
     
    1. Before your arrival date: You can change your booking details anytime before your arrival considering that there is Availability for your requests.
       
    2. After the arrival date: you will be charged for 1 day and we will refund to you the rest of the deposit (minus transaction fees)

     

Cancellations

  1. Accommodation Cancellations:
     
    1. 8 or more days before your arrival date: If you cancel your Accommodation booking 8 or more days before your arrival then the deposit (minus transaction fees) is fully refundable
       
    2. 7 or less days before your arrival date: If you cancel your booking 7 or less days before your arrival then you will be charged for 1 night and we will refund to you the rest of the deposit (minus transaction fees)
       
    3. After the arrival date & Non Show: you will be charged for 3 nights and we will refund to you the rest of the deposit (minus transaction fees)
       

     

  2. 1 Day Events Cancellations (ex. Scuba Diving):
     
    1. Before the event date:  If you cancel your booking  before the event date then the deposit (minus transaction fees) is fully refundable
       
    2. Non Show: you will be fully charged for the event and we will refund to you the rest of the deposit (minus transaction fees) if any
       
  3. Scuba Diving Course Cancellations:
     
    1. Before your arrival date:  If you cancel your booking  before your arrival then the deposit (minus transaction fees) is fully refundable
       
    2. Non Show: you will be charged for the 20% of the cost and we will refund to you the rest of the deposit (minus transaction fees)
